If you can’t attend the auction in Sydney, we invite you to attend our simulcast in Melbourne. Attend our Melbourne rooms and register to bid during the Simulcast. One of our experienced staff will relay your bidby phone to the auction room in Sydney. We will be serving wine by Fermoy throughout the evening.
*The speed and duration of auctions depends on bidding interest and volume and can vary dramatically. As a general rule, auctions of this nature, sell at approximately 60 lots per hour. We recommend you do not try and time your lot but rather provide yourself plenty of additional time.

Payment and Collections
There will be no payment or collections on the day of the auction, in Sydney or Melbourne. Payment and collections can be made from the day after the auction, Tuesday 6 June.

HOW CAN I BID AT THIS AUCTION?
All intending purchasers must register to bid for this auction.
Attend the auction in Sydney or the simulcast in Melbourne and bid in person simply by registering during the viewing or on the day of the auction.
Online in Real-Time (through Invaluable)
If you can’t attend the auction, you can bid from the comfort of your own home or office and enjoy an audio visual experience that is the closest thing to being there. Simply register to bid online at Invaluable and note that an additional fee of 5% applies to all successful Invaluable bids.
If you can’t attend the auction, fill out an absentee bidding form and return to Leonard Joel staff. Alternatively you can place absentee bids via the Leonard Joel website.
* Bids will be executed free of charge and at the lowest possible price. Absentee bids will also be accepted throughout the auction from those attending the auction in person.
*Please note that your online bidding number cannot be used In Room
If you can’t attend the auction simply register to bid with one of our experienced staff by phone. Bids will be executed free of charge and at the lowest possible price but telephone bidders must be willing to bid at or above the low estimate. Telephone bidding is limited and if too many requests are received on a single lot, we will recommend absentee or online bidding instead. Phone bids will be accepted until 12pm on the day of the auction.

All purchases are subject to a 24% buyer’s premium, inclusive of GST
All credit card payments are subject to the following fees:
American Express 2.15% MasterCard & Visa 1.65%.
Leonard Joel accepts the following methods of payment: cash, direct deposit, bank cheque, personal cheques* and credit cards.

In Sydney: All payments and & payment and collections can be made from the day after the auction at 39 Queen Street Woollahra from 9am to 5pm.
In Melbourne: Items purchased during the auction will be available for collection from 10am on Tuesday 6 June
All purchases must be settled and collected by Friday 9 June
SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION
Shipping of all purchases is the responsibility of the Buyer and at the buyer’s risk. For a list of recommended carriers please see our website under Recommended Carriers.
Purchasers in Sydney can collect their settled purchases from our Sydney office from Tuesday 6 June 2017.
