Leonard Joel, Sydney is now seeking a suitable candidate to manage our Sydney office. Ideally the candidate will have auction and jewellery industry experience and candidates with antiques industry knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

 

102The purpose of this position is to build on the new Leonard Joel brand in Sydney and establish auction market share as soon as possible. The role requires the aggressive sourcing of stock across fine jewellery and single-owner collections with a focus on the decorative arts and as manager of a small Sydney office the position also requires resourceful, regular and meaningful direct marketing to individuals and bodies that are either sellers of auction stock or influencing the placement of auction stock. As this is a start-up office the position requires the enthusiastic management of general office duties and direct reporting to Melbourne head office on a regular basis.
